This design was actually never built. Our client was a repeat developer who wanted to sell a block of land he had created at the back of an old property in Victoria Park. He had had the block on the market for over 8 months but with no luck. He engaged our services to ensure we could produce the best possible plan which was then advertised with the local real estate agent as a house and land package. By investing the time to have a proffsional plan cpmpleted the developer was able to sell his lot in less than 4 weeks.
Although this looks alike a fairly generic design from main stream builders, this plan was actually quite challenging due to the solar orientation and direction of the block.
